1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Global Unity Logic Limited has taken — and is continuing to take — to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

Global Unity Logic Limited is committed to operating responsibly and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to taking all reasonably practicable steps to prevent such practices within our operations and business relationships.

2. Our Business and Structure

Global Unity Logic Limited is a UK-based software and IT consulting firm specialising in Oracle technologies, cloud migration (AWS and Oracle Cloud), ISV solutions, and technology-driven transformation services. We operate in the UK and plan to expand services into the European market.

We deliver our services through a combination of permanent employees, consultants, and strategic technology partners. While our direct operations are low risk for modern slavery, we recognise that third-party suppliers and global service partners could present a potential exposure.

3. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain includes:

  • Cloud infrastructure vendors (e.g. AWS, Oracle, Microsoft)

  • Software providers and licensing partners

  • Professional services subcontractors

  • Office services and facility providers

  • Marketing, administrative, and legal consultants

We recognise that some elements of our supply chain — particularly where overseas labour or outsourced services are involved — may carry a higher risk of labour exploitation or unethical practices.

4. Our Policies

We have the following internal policies and procedures in place to support our commitment to preventing modern slavery:

  • Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy

  • Whistleblowing Policy

  • Code of Conduct

  • Procurement and Supplier Vetting Policy

  • Equality and Diversity Policy

These policies are reviewed annually by senior management and are available to all staff via our internal systems.

5. Due Diligence and Risk Management

We conduct risk assessments on suppliers, particularly those operating in high-risk sectors or jurisdictions. Our approach includes:

  • Supplier self-assessments and onboarding questionnaires

  • Contractual clauses requiring compliance with modern slavery laws

  • Ongoing monitoring of supplier performance and ethical practices

  • Escalation procedures for suspected violations

We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery or forced labour in our supply chain. Where credible concerns arise, we will investigate, collaborate with authorities, and, where necessary, suspend or terminate relationships with non-compliant suppliers.

6. Training and Awareness

We provide annual training to relevant employees (e.g. HR, Procurement, Operations) to raise awareness of:

  • What constitutes modern slavery

  • How to identify signs of risk or exploitation

  • How to report concerns internally or externally

Training is mandatory for all new employees and forms part of our induction programme.

7. Measuring Effectiveness

To measure our progress, we monitor the following KPIs:

  • Employees trained in modern slavery awareness

  • Suppliers reviewed for modern slavery risks

  • Number of concerns or reports raised and resolved

  • Contracts including anti-slavery provisions

We are committed to continuous improvement in our approach and will report annually on these indicators.

8. Approval and Review

This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the Board of Directors of Global Unity Logic Limited.
